Counts offers half and full day photo tours to local scenic spots. These tours
offer access to some of the most beautiful natural wonders anywhere as well as
personal instruction and assistance in photographing these subjects.
Tour
Descriptions and Destinations:
Full-Day (8 hours, times to be determined) $225/adult, $130/child between 6 and 12 (sorry, no children under 6)
Half-Day (4 hours, times to be determined) $115/per adult, $75/child between 6 and 12 (sorry, no children under 6)
San Juan Mountains tour (full day tours) includes:
Ghost

We welcome people of all experience levels, beginners, intermediate or professionals and offer instruction in both film and digital techniques. The pace of the tour and the level of instruction offered are tailored to the group. Groups are limited to 3 persons.
Mountain tours are generally available from June through October depending on weather and road conditions. Desert trips are usually possible at any time of the year.
Fall
color or wildflower trips destinations will depend on where the action is at the
time of the trip. Wildflowers are usually available from June through August and
fall colors from mid September through mid October.
Routes
may vary depending on weather and road conditions. These are suggested
itineraries only and all trips are customized to the clients.
Trips
to other locations such as the Utah red rock desert country or to view and
photograph Anasazi ruins and petroglyphs are also available.
Please
be aware that you must be able to travel to elevations as high as 13,000’.
There is limited walking required on the mountain trips. Desert trips may
require some walking and it can get very hot or very cold on these trips. The
emphasis is on photography, not on adventure, but we are sure you will find
these tours exciting and rewarding.

& film/memory cards, extra batteries, binoculars and a tripod
We will
provide:
4-wheel drive SUV for up to 3 passengers, drinking water, all access fees and permits and a Professional Photographer/guide
Ice chest for your snacks and drinks.
We will pick you up at your Durango location
